Nine Inch Nails Milwaukee reviews
NIN music good, fan interaction AWFUL
Seen NIN about 25 times over the years, this show is my last for the following reason: Although the music was fine, Trents interaction with the audience was NON EXISTENT. Not once during the NIN set did Trent acknowledge the audience. No "how u doing" "thanks for coming out", "let me hear some noise", mention 1 song tile, not even a mention of the band members names. Cmon U cant even introduce your band mates- REALLY.
His interaction with the audience was 0. You would think even as the show ended he would acknowledge the crowd in some way-? How do u do a live concert and not speak to the audience even one time? . Even the start of the NIN set was real lame. What happened to some kind of build up right before coming on stage? No lights turned down, no intro music, no video, not a thing. All Trent did was walk on stage, and most folks were still on the concourse. In fact many that were in their seats thoughts Trent was just a stage hand doing some adjustments getting ready for NIN to take the stage.
